After treatment, in order to get the best possible results from therapy:

Drink plenty of water.
Aim for at least 8 glasses a day with a few extra after a therapy session.

Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, sugary drinks and smoking.

Make your meal a light, healthy one.

Take some time after treatment to relax. Try not to rush back into the rat race immediately.

Leave any essential oils on as long as you can, they will continue to benefit you.

However, if you have a skin reaction, wash the oils off immediately, take some ascorbic acid (vitamin C) & ring your therapist.
